In the video, he expressed his joy at meeting javelin champion Neeraj Chopra. However, the actor also turned off the comments section on his post amidst ongoing rumors of a separation from Aishwarya Rai Bachchan.

On August 13, Abhishek posted a video capturing his visit to the Paris Olympics. The actor attended the event in collaboration with a renowned watch brand. The short clip offered viewers a snapshot of his memorable time in Paris.

The video featured images of Abhishek in the stadium, proudly holding the Indian flag, hugging Neeraj Chopra after his triumphant throw, and picturesque shots of the Eiffel Tower adorned with the Olympic logo. One clip also showcased Neeraj in action during his javelin throw. The video beautifully encapsulated the vibrant atmosphere that enveloped the city during the Olympics.

In the caption, Abhishek wrote, “It was amazing to witness the #parisolympics2024 with my friends from #Omega. We’ve collaborated for nearly 18 years, and their precision in timekeeping always amazes me. The energy in the city was incredible, especially in the stadiums. And witnessing our very own @neeraj____chopra was the cherry on top. Seeing the Indian tricolor in the stadium was such a proud moment! It felt like… Paradise.”

Notably, Abhishek disabled the comments on this post, likely in response to the ongoing false separation rumors with Aishwarya Rai Bachchan.

It’s worth mentioning that a video of Abhishek hugging Chopra at the Paris Olympics 2024 went viral on social media. The video, which was shared by Sanjana Ganesan, the wife of Indian cricketer Jasprit Bumrah, captured a warm interaction between the “Ghoomer” actor and Neeraj Chopra.

In the video, Neeraj is seen leaving the stadium with the Indian flag draped over his shoulder. Upon seeing Abhishek, he approached him, and the actor embraced the silver medalist warmly. Abhishek congratulated Neeraj on his outstanding achievement, offered words of encouragement, and gave him a supportive pat on the back before Neeraj exited the stadium.

On the professional front, Abhishek is set to appear in “King,” a film starring Shah Rukh Khan and his daughter, Suhana Khan. Directed by Sujoy Ghosh, this action-packed thriller is being produced by SRK under his Red Chillies Entertainment banner, in collaboration with Siddharth Anand and Mamta Anand’s production company, Marflix.
