In a recent interview, Rohanpreet Singh finally spoke about the ongoing rumors surrounding his wife, Neha Kakkar’s pregnancy and their alleged divorce. The couple, who got married in 2020 in a traditional Sikh ceremony, is known for their public display of affection and romantic posts on social media, often setting relationship goals.

Rohanpreet Singh’s Response to Allegations of a Fake Relationship

Despite being married for four years, Rohanpreet and Neha faced accusations of having a fake relationship early on. Addressing these claims in an interview with Zoom, Rohanpreet dismissed the rumors, stating that if their relationship were fake, it wouldn’t have lasted this long. He emphasized that one must choose between positivity and negativity in life. According to him, a fake relationship would eventually reveal itself, while a genuine one would stand strong.

Agar dikhava hoga toh ek ya do saal kar loge, puri umra nahi kar sakoge. Voh dikhava kabhi na kabhi saamne aa hi jayega. Agar real ho toh kisi bhi baat ka asar nahi hoga. Ek plate mein do cheezein milengi, ek negativity aur ek positivity. Aapko chunna hai kya uthana hai. Negativity uthaoge toh saare cheezein negative hi lagenge. Positivity uthaoge toh voh cheezein bhi lagti hai haan chal theek hai.”

Secret to Rohanpreet and Neha’s Happy Marriage

Rohanpreet also shared insights into the success of his marriage with Neha. While promoting his new music  video Kaala Maal, he expressed that having a life partner who brings happiness is a blessing. He believes that maintaining a friendship with one’s spouse helps create balance in a relationship, ensuring that both individuals can share everything with each other, just like best friends.

Rohanpreet on Divorce Rumors

The couple has also been the target of rumors regarding their divorce and pregnancy. Rohanpreet dismissed the divorce gossip, pointing out that people spread such false information for views and satisfaction. He advised not to give attention to these baseless claims and emphasized that such negativity doesn’t affect him or Neha.

“Mujhe lagta hai inn sab cheezon ko blessings samajhna chahiye jab aapke life mein partner aata hai. Two bodies one soul ho gaya. Jab aap ek dusre ke saath friend banke rahoge, husband wife hona alag rakhke, aisa feel karoge ki haan, yeh mera pehla yaar hai. Joh baat main kisike saath share nahi kar sakta, tere saath kar sakta hu. Agle bande ko bhi same hona chahiye. Yeh ek relationship ko balance karke rakhta hai. Jahan pe husband duties hai, voh sab kar rahe hai, lekin dosti ka relationship ban jaye toh sab balanced rehta hai.”

“Aajkal yeh views matter karti hai. (Trolls) Unko lagta hai yeh sab karke views milenge. Mujhe lagta hai ki aisa negative likhte hai logon ke baare mein toh lagta hai, ‘maza aa gaya’. Shayad unko yeh sab cheezein karke khushi mil rahi hai. Unko actual khushi kya hai pata nahi. Jiske baare mein likh rahe hai, unko farak nahi padna chahiye.”

Addressing Neha’s Pregnancy Rumors

Back in 2020, Neha and Rohanpreet appeared in the music video Khyaal Rakhya Kar, which sparked speculation about Neha’s pregnancy due to her appearance with a baby bump. Rohanpreet clarified that it was merely a video concept, and there was no truth to the pregnancy rumors. He humorously added that these rumors have persisted for years, but there is no basis for them.

“We met on the sets of Nehu Da Vyah, the first song written by her. Things happened exactly how she wrote it in the song. People think that is our pre-wedding shoot, but it’s not like that. Thik hai, life hai masti honi chaiye di hai kuch na kuch. Wo toh ek video concept tha, fir uske baad logo ko aise hi lagne lag gaya. Thik hai challi janda hai. Abhi pata nahi 3, 4 saal se chal raha hai ye sab ki pregnant hai. Nahi haiga te nahi haiga. Hun panwe likh ke thode hi dewange.”

On the work front, Rohanpreet recently featured in the song Kaala Maal alongside Sana Makbul.
