Salman Khan’s sister lives in a plush Mumbai high-rise with her husband Aayush Sharma and their daughter. Sharma, who is also an actor and model, recently starred alongside Salman Khan in their movie Antim. The couple, who got married at the Taj Falaknuma Hotel in Hyderabad in grand fashion, has been living at their Mumbai home for the past few years. The home’s interiors are gorgeous and every bit luxurious.

Bustling with the vibrant energies of little ones around the house, Arpita’s spacious apartment is also the venue for Khan’s family gatherings. Take a tour of their home here.

While she continues to live in the same apartment with her family, recent reports suggest that Arpita Khan has invested in another stunning property in Mumbai. Just like her current home, the new one is also a luxurious living space in a high-rise building in Khar, which is close to Bandra in Mumbai. The building goes by the name Flying Carpet and is built by Satguru Developers. Arpita Khan’s newest property investment is an apartment on the 12th floor of the building–which we’re certain offers splendid views, much like her current home which has a balcony to die for.

The 12th floor apartment spreads across 1750 square feet and also comes with four car parking spaces for members and guests. The registration of the property happened on February 4 and Arpita paid an amount of ₹40 lakh as stamp duty, shows documents accessed by Zapkey

According to a report by Money Control, local brokers of the area have said that the project only has 3 BHKs and 4 BHKs which are available for ₹60,000- ₹65,000 per sq ft. The property is close to the Bombay Gymkhana and the rental rates of the property ranges from ₹1.75 lakh to ₹2 lakh a month.
