**Katrina Kaif Declined to Work with Prabhas: The Real Reason Revealed**

In the glamorous world of Bollywood, working with top stars is often seen as a coveted opportunity. Despite the massive success of “Baahubali,” Prabhas faced an unexpected setback when Katrina Kaif turned down a chance to collaborate with him. Here’s why the acclaimed actress chose not to work with the “Baahubali” star.

Recently, Prabhas has been in the spotlight for his film “Salaar,” which has been performing well at the box office. Alongside the film’s success, the performances of the star cast have also received praise. However, despite Prabhas’s significant popularity, not every actress is eager to work with him. One notable example is Katrina Kaif, who, despite being approached for a film with Prabhas, chose to decline the offer.

Following the grand success of “Baahubali 2,” Prabhas’s film “Saaho” was eagerly anticipated. In “Saaho,” Prabhas was paired with Shraddha Kapoor, and while the film did not achieve the same level of success as “Baahubali,” it still performed reasonably well at the box office. Initially, the makers of “Saaho” considered casting Katrina Kaif opposite Prabhas. However, Katrina did not respond to their proposal for about six months before ultimately rejecting the project.

According to reports, the filmmakers were keen to have Katrina in the film and pursued her for an extended period. Katrina was their first choice before Shraddha Kapoor was cast. Despite Prabhas’s star power, Katrina decided against collaborating with him for “Saaho.” It was later revealed that Katrina chose to prioritize a project with Salman Khan over the opportunity to work with Prabhas.

At the time, Salman Khan was in need of a leading actress for his film after Priyanka Chopra backed out of the project “Bharat.” Salman offered Katrina a role, and out of loyalty and friendship, she agreed to take on the role, thus turning down the offer from Prabhas’s film. This decision was clearly influenced by her desire not to disappoint Salman Khan, a close friend and mentor in the industry.

As a result, Katrina was unable to work on “Saaho,” but she continues to maintain her strong professional relationships and make strategic choices in her career. Currently, Prabhas is working with Deepika Padukone in his new film, which also features Amitabh Bachchan, Kamal Haasan, and Esha Gupta in significant roles.
