Abhishek Bachchan recalls the days of Covid: Said- Aishwarya took care of the family during Covid, Amitabh, Aishwarya, Aaradhya were Covid positive in 2020
During the promotion of his film Ghoomar, Abhishek Bachchan shared many stories related to his personal life in Raj Shamani’s podcast. During this, Abhishek told that in 2020, when his father became Covid positive for the first time, it was Aishwarya Rai who took care of him and his family.
Abhishek said that at that time he was very upset seeing the crowd of sick and helpless people. He said that it was very sad to see his family fighting the same disease that was killing thousands of people.
Aishwarya stays positive even in difficult times: Abhishek Abhishek said that in these difficult times, Aishwarya always explained to him that there is no use in getting angry or spoiling the mood.
Abhishek said- Whenever I used to come home from the hospital, Aishwarya used to explain to me that this is not the time to get angry but to stay strong and positive mentally. Aishwarya has told me many times that do not let small things have a negative impact on you.

One by one we all were discharged from the hospital. I was the last one to return home.
I was very irritable while I was admitted to the hospital. When I came back, Aishwarya told me that we are all very lucky and there is nothing to worry about now.
He said that there are many families who have been broken due to Covid, we are not among them, we have to remember this and stay positive. During the Covid period, Aishwarya taught me what things we need to focus on. I always remember this thing of hers.
Abhishek said that Aishwarya has changed his thinking and way of living a lot. Now whenever someone asks me how is everyone at home? I say yes, everyone is fine, everyone is healthy.
Abhishek said- After coming home you keep getting irritated on any small thing like if there was a lot of traffic outside then your mood is off at home. Whenever I react like this then Aishwarya tells me- what is the meaning of getting so hyper on these things? Have you returned home safely, you have your family, you are happy and healthy, isn’t this enough?
Abhishek-Aishwarya got married in 2007 and their daughter Aaradhya was born in 2011.
