Kangana Ranaut, who is currently busy with the promotions of her upcoming film ‘Emergency’, recently shared her views about Salman Khan being the most misunderstood actor in the film industry.

During the trailer launch event of her upcoming film ‘Emergency’ in Mumbai, when Kangana Ranaut was questioned if she thought of herself as a “one-woman army” and if she could relate to Salman Khan’s struggles of being misinterpreted in Bollywood.

Kangana underlined the significance of concentrating on the supportive comments she gets from her followers rather than obsessing over the criticism from those who would want to see her leave the industry.

Salman Khan was lauded by Kangana, who acknowledged his enormous fan base and the love he gets from them. She shared, “Agar Salman ji ko dekhein unki kitni fan following hai, kitna pyaar karte hain log unse. I think he is right now the top most, the most-loved star in the country.”

The actress pointed out that people who have bad thoughts about him are probably driven by competition or jealousy in the film industry. She shared, “Jin logon ko unse pyaar hai, unse pyaar hai. Ab jin logon ki aankhon mein woh khatakte hain, woh to unse nafrat karenge hi. Jo log unki competition ke hain ya film industry walon ki baat kar rahe hain, na unki aankhon mein to woh khatkeinge. Hum unki jagah pe hone chahiye ya woh uss jagah pe kyun hai, to aise to logon ki aankhon mein woh khatkeinge.”

Regarding the matter of being singled out by specific groups within the film industry, Kangana clarified that certain “negative people” within the field have established exclusive associations, and they perceive her as a danger since they think their own people should be the only ones in significant roles. She pointed out that these people might be part of gangs, families, or other groups that are hostile to outsiders like her. Kangana, nevertheless, made it apparent that she prefers to ignore these critics and places more importance on the resounding love and support she gets from the vast majority of her audience.

‘Emergency’ is based on the life of former Prime Minister Indira Gandhi. In addition to starring in the movie, Kangana co-produced and directed it. The movie is set to hit the big screens on September 6.
